aBOUT THE BAND
Soul Shakedown is a Duo comprising of Jon Chapman on vocals
and guitars, and Kathleen Button on vocals and Saxophone.
They usually perform with professional backing tracks,
however, a full band is available when required.
They perform a vibrant, upbeat setlist which always ensures people are on their feet, dancing the night away! Most performances are either 2x45 min sets, or 3x30min sets. However, this is flexible dependent on your requirements.

Soul Shakedown are a popular choice for Weddings, Pubs, Clubs, and Holiday camps. Their willingness to travel and take on long term engagements makes them an ideal choice for Cruise, Overseas and Contract work.
does their name mean they only perform soul music?
The 'Soul' in 'Soul Shakedown' relates more to the general feel and vibe of the music they perform.
Whilst they do indeed perform music from the Soul genre, their setlists also include many hits from the 1960's to current day, covering a whole array of musical styles, including Rhythm & Blues, Pop, Funk, Jazz, Swing and Disco.
